Robert, as I have said on many other threads, my old mantra is: "when the TA and the FA do not jive, believe the TA". Here we are two may be three weeks from the announcement of a major PO, yet the stock is actually breaching its resistance at $7 (held there in a weak market for the last three weeks and breaches when the DOW makes a new high), the OBV is negative the RSI is not particularly nice either and we keep putting together strings of 4 five red candles in a row. Something is simply not as it should be. Zeev
