Everything is at issue here!

The information that the nays had obtained be illegal means is of benefit to the shareholders. But, why was it not given to the SEC until two weeks ago? Tonto said that he sent copies to the SEC when he sent me copies. The SEC also asked me to send them copies, which I have. Also, why was the information withheld from the shareholders until 2 weeks ago? Sure I have asked for and received copies of what Tonto sent me, and I am expecting more. Copies have also been sent to other investigative agencies that I brought into the case in Aug. 1998. (FBI, IRS, etc)

RMIL failed to make disclosures that are required in SEC filings. These include over 5% stock ownership, and sales, 8K's for changes in business, Reg S filings in Nov. 1996, and much more.

Based upon the April 1, 1997 S8 filing, it does appear to be illegal since the stock was not used for employee compensation and options, but for stock promotions and other assorted activities. The TA summary sheets prove this.

What I am saying is this. The only victims in this stock were us shareholders. We were screwed from both ends of the candle on this one. We got it from the Company, and also the SHORTS!
