Any comments on this pending merger????

The company is acquiring a corporation which owns a highly profitable NYC night club.
A typical NYC night club attracts upwards of 5,000 people a night and charges a $20 cover charge at the door. The cover charge does not include the cost of drinks. The web site will capitalize on the popularity of the club. This club is fully operational and can be visited by any one In New York. The reason that the club was merged is to use the publicly traded company, EUTO in this case, to raise equity needed to open additional NYC night clubs. You
don't have to a New Yorker to know about the success of Studio 54 and Webster Hall. I do not want to forget the vast number of tourists who visit NYC every day and will buy souvenirs and presents that remind them of their trips in NY. The web site will enable traveling tourists to purchase club souvenirs when they return to their countries.
In addition anyone from outside of NYC will be able to purchase NY night club memorabilia.
Ask a teenager in any country and you will discover that the consider NY the hypist place on the planet.
EUTO will dramatically escalate in price when merger is finalized on the 16th.
