I can't answer your question about the price dropping, but i bought some shares today at .39. Of course, the price dropped already. I also bought IMOT. Talk about emerging technology in emerging markets!

Xcellent was a software & internet company that merged with Sterling Commerce back in July 1998. Xcellent spun off the internet division before the merger and it became Xin Net (XNET). (XNET) has been a nonreporting company since then, but should be reporting shortly with rumored profitability!! I think his is one of the few quality low priced true internet stocks left!!
