PDC Innovative Industries Announces Computer System
Tracers Have Located the SPAM Center Responsible for
Publishing Mostly False Promotional Information

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1999--PDC Innovative Industries Inc. (OTC BB:PDCI) announced Wednesday
morning that computer system tracers had located the SPAM center responsible over the past six months for publishing mostly false
promotional information about PDCI prototype products.

The purpose was apparently to maintain stable and a higher pricing during a period where a condition known as ''Pump & Dump'' could be
employed. The planning was to sell the company ''short,'' not being an owner, then repurchase at a lower price for a net profit, resulting in a
depreciated market price for the company. The perpetrators were able to use other peoples' server equipment, starting from their own
computers and managing to invade other systems with illegal trespassing maneuvers, being fully hidden at the same time.

Notification of the illicit operation was reported to Securities and Exchange Commission offices across the country who had inquired about the
heavy SPAM operation. PDCI had been cooperating with the S.E.C. for some time, and had solicited professional computer personnel to trace
the origins of the e-mail SPAM. Many angry e-mail receivers about PDCI products had been blaming the company for the origin of the
information, despite continued denials by the management.

Current production continues for PDCI in normal fashion with some of the products contracted out expected back soon for assembly in Coral
Springs. The company announced also that it had purchased another computerized milling center to speed completion of scheduled production
in order to concentrate on special products in 1999 as planned.
