Hi Michael&Anne,
I created a portfolio using the list of all the "known" stocks that Berkshire has aquired. Thought it would be fun just to track them as I track my regular portfolio. I just started yesterday and set it up as though I had bought 10 shares of all of them at Fridays close. I was astounded to see that of all those stocks only about 2 did not go up on fridays rally, yet Brk.B went down. I really thought it would head up nicely with everything else in the world going up, including it's own stock holdings. ? Can anybody figure that one out? I am still long on Brk.b but it sure hasnt moved like I thought it would. Fortunately, I picked up a few shares in Dec @ 1995 and that bunch has put it in the plus column. Any comments by anyone appreciated. Good investing, Depy
