Wow! you took my breath away STOK2,, I, had the chance to speak late today with the President of this firm and he in fact stated about 99% of what is in that report. We sir have a win with this report IMO. The one thing eveyone will talk about is the small increase in the outstanding issue and the float. I also asked Mr Phillips about that in our talk. He stated that the true outstanding issue on Dec 98' was about 8.3 million at the end of the year. Now I know some did there so called DD. before and it was confirmed as less yet it was not from him IMO. The new shares were warrants that brought money into EYDY's treasury for operations and sales continuations. There was a rase of 8.3 to 9.1 million in total since the first of the year. Small IMO. We see that there is much in the report on what has been going on with EYDY. Something is here to be added as there in the final stages of a addition that should be in the news soon. It's has to do with oxygen and the elderly useing the same, He would not comment of it futher than that said there would be news soon. There will be news out Tues, Wen of this next week so look for some good things from EYDY... Also in our talk he said they were looking at a couple of additional items to add to there sales force to cover new areas of need. The Financials and Requirments by audit will go in on time for full reporting stat. it's going to be in the second qtr or just after the end of it. IMO Mr. Phillips seems to be a very experienced executive with a sound Management Style as it was very much presented in our conversation. Regards, Jim...
