Riley, IMO, knew from nearly the very beginning that this was a scam, but by this time he had his "real money" into it and would do ANYTHING to protect his money....didn't matter that others had big money into it....it was only his own that mattered. Now he is back trying to recover or protect his remaining assets his and he will (once again) try ANYTHING to do it. In this case, he doesn't expect to recover his investment.....only limit his legal liability. TC
