Ally, So many questions! Since you provided all the answers, I'll only answer #2 -- of course there is synergy. Delphi (http://www.delphigroup.com/) says so! Of course, Delphi also says that other vendors have similar solutions which is real news to me. But hey, they are thought leaders, so who am I to question. Still scratching my head, looking for real answers. (Cleveland rocks, Cleveland rocks)

KM + BI = HUMBUG When technology companies become value play, then something is amiss. This expensive insight, acquired over the two-year period of roller coaster share price, applies to both HUMC and DOCS. Let's just hope that these guys will try to do the smart thing for self preservation, if nothing else and some how the share holders will benefit going forward. DOCS/ceo could not hack it, let's see if HUMC's is any better although the record is a bit disappointing for last 18 months.
