I apologize for posting on this thread. Though I loathe his tactics, this remains Anthony's thread. I will respect that. I will not post here again.

However, Anthony, do not attempt to threaten me. I do not scare easily and have quite a legal team at my disposal. That is all.

Anthony, Stock Watcher advised that I copy this post to you...

There are serious concerns about this Company and its Promoter, and I am told you are expert at assessing this type of situation. There may not be any financial rewards, since the stock is already around $1.00, but my purpose is to make would be investors aware of the dangers involved in investing in that company. I have already lost about $4,500 and I hear they are trying to sue me for bringing the matter in the open. What is your opinion and can you help protect investors?

Monsieur H2Oshinsky, or should I say Sir Alexx or Dr Harvey...

Shall I address your Majesty as Sir? Or as CEO of Ram Capital Management, a PR company that has been spreading spam on a number of threads on SI, mostly without revealing in a disclaimer that DCHT is actually paying very dearly for the promotion. The disclaimers eventually came about by the "popular request" of the investors subjected to the spam.
Or should I call you Steve Oshinsky, head of Corporate Development at DCHT? (whatever that means in a recent release).

Message 8168793

So, which hat are you wearing today??

And people wonder why the shares can't get out of their own shadows, let alone reflect the "tremendous value in DCHT".
You are hereby informed that after reviewing most of the posts under good old Dr Harvey, Sir Alexx and H2Oshinsky, I do concur with Sid Turtlman that DCHT has all the appearances of a scam.

Company insiders are tripping over each other in their haste to get to the exits. Even the chairman, Dave Haberman sold 20,000 shares in mid 1998 for over $3.00/share. That's a lot more than I got today when I sold some of mine for a 50% loss at $1 1/16. Of course, RAM Capital sold its allocation in December 1998 for $88,000 of undiluted profit.

Here is a list of insiders sales found on Yahoo: since April 1998, insiders sold over 1.8 Millions shares (rough count). About 17% of the Company total stock sold by insiders in less than one year and no sign that the hemorrhage is slowing down.
Yet, you state: there is an "extraordinary low risk opportunity" in buying the stock under $2.00!! This is a company whose assets exceed its liabilities (unaudited, mind you!) by a mere $194,358 and that lost over $4 Millions in 1998!!!

>>>A@P, there is a problem with the new Web site. On the bottom of your Web page, I see that you've dealt with "Uptick Consulting" for the site design, when you probably should've dealt with "Downtick Consulting", being a shorters site and all. I can only assume that you went with "Uptick" over "Downtick" because we have to short most stocks on an uptick. It may be okay. lol

Other than that, I like it.

pg

P.S. I definitely don't require a pager, since I'm sitting at a trading terminal all day long. Will I be able to get the short calls off the live chat contemporaneously?
