Dave, Comments much appreciated. Snow arrives here tomorrow afternoon. Is it coming down at 3" an hr like they say we will have? Anyway, did get to look at a few charts, and believe the conclusion will be take the money and run. The few extra points gained by staying vs. the ones that are lost seem to agree with this strategy too. The 52% is an eye opener too. So much to learn. So glad to be past another confusion stage.
