NESY is the symbol for new IPO NEON Systems. They are not related in anyway as far as I know other than the symbol/name relation.

Like TCI == Transcontinental Realty and TCOMA == TCI Group, the big cable firm. If a person is on the ball I bet they could make money shorting TCI after good TCOMA news is released.
