Jeff, Oh I almost forgot about your stupid statement about how if you don't get paid,the shareholders lose everything.Well there are only two major players that have substantial amounts of money in Submicron,so I highly doubt that your are from either one of them,because you would have to be an "Idiot" to even be on here crying the blues,because these people have millions and millions into Submicron and they still feel that they will continue to put more money into Submicron,so tell me this "Einstein",why would investment firms continue to put millions of dollars into Submicron if it was a sinking ship ? You are probably a pissed off Vendor who probably didn't get his check for 1000 dollars when you wanted it,so now you think you can come in here and start with me again,well one thing is for sure,your barking up the wrong tree.One other thing that is for sure you don't have a clue about orders,or any other major break throughs that are coming.The thing that bothers you is that you can't get any imformation about Submicron with concerns about these issues,so when someone states these issues,you think you can say that they don't know what there talking about.Well if I could talk about things in more depth,without being sued I would.But I'm not going to lose everything and go to prison for leaking imformation.So do me a big favor and don't ever respond to me on any matter,because the next step I'm going to do is to have you banned form here,after I make a phone call to this company and tell them about your major problem with people here.Your the only idiot that everyone has a problem with in here.So go get a life and go bother someone else,I don't have time to keep playing games with you anymore.

Marty, I do not think many people would distinguish between the $1/8 low and zero. Unfortunately, my view has been basically proven correct. Have you bothered to notice the onerous terms of recent debt additions. There is an old saying that when the bank has loaned you enough money you own the bank not the other way around. That is the position these guys who loaned them so much in the past were likely in. The company knows who I am since they send me an interest check quarterly. Since I am stuck with my debt, I am very thankful we have Ferran running the company. If anyone can do it he can. I wish him all the luck in the world. There is nothing more I would like than see him land some good business, make some money, and get the stock price up. Then guys like me can convert and get out even. That is what the common shareholders need as well, in order to eliminate debt and create positive net worth - necessary precursors to really significant price recovery. Alternatively, as I have said before, if he creates a quality operation, he might be able to sell the company for a similar result.
