But the exceptions, to this point, have all failed. While I agree that some other primary rule MAY exist...you can only work within the framework available. As such, I accept the authority of property rights, just as I accept the current rules of physics that say traveling faster than the speed of light is impossible. Both may be proven wrong. For now, let's work within what's available, and remain open-minded for future possibilities. As yet, none exist for physics OR the market.
