Jackie...we are still too close to all the "bad" news (some of it extrapolate and manufactured, some of it obviously true) about the techs...despite, many of the techs had bang-up days...it just we have been spoiled and expect absolute blow-outs every strong up day.. Some still worried about pre-warnings in the next couple weeks.... On a % basis, it was a good day for most techs.. Give it a little more time, as folks get more confortable with a rally here, there will be some catch-up...may take a few weeks, though...
