MNRCY's 3 dRSI did not paste, hence it cannot perform the trick here.

There are two different measures of "relative strength". One is the O'Neal RS. It measures a stock's movement in relation to all other stocks. The problem there is, if every stock went down, the one that went down least would have the highest RS. It says nothing about the stock's actual potential to go up.
Wilder's RSI measures a stock's movement in relation to itself. This method is truly technical where O'neal's RS is only relational. Judging from the posts you've made in regard to relative strength, it seems that the program you are using gives you O'Neal's RS and not Wilder's RSI. You'll need something other than TC2000 to get proper RSI charts.
