TMK. Looking at what we know and seeing positives is not hyping.
There are always two ways to look at things and your positive outlook is appreciated during this "quiet period.".

T.M.K.

Hey, I appreciate you sharing those thoughts with us. I have been baffled by what they told us and theres got to be an answer and your idea is as good as any I've heard.

I want to comment on something else. Our compatriot and T/A specialist by the name of WIZ has been as bullish on FNTN as anybody. He thinks we are in a very powerful third Elliott wave on FNTN's chart. If so, it will move the price so much higher that we will all be shocked. He has done something else lately that has given great credence to his ability. He went against the tide of public fear and loud speaking prognosticators that we were going to see a big sell-off in the general market or even the beginning of the big bear. He was with a slim minority that are extremely bullish. The last two market days seem to make him right. He may well be right on FNTN also. I had rather have him on our side than against us.

Regards

JP

TMK...I have also been thinking that management's offering was not just to raise capital, but was done in anticipation of additional investors or to have those shares available when additional announcements were to be made -- possibly even related to Siemens. Like you, I have no evidence for this, other than reading the tea leaves.

Nah, i don't think you are hyping at all. In fact, i think most of us have noticed the same things you have pointed out, and have come to the same conclusions you have: 'something is up': but this has happened several times over the last 6 months. So i personally have the 'chicken little' syndrom regarding FNTN.
