Necon! Great minds think alike! Were they still teaching algebra from the original works at St. John's? Try looking at the federal budget from '89, see if you can cut 25% without touching SS, medicare, defense, and interest on the national debt. You might be able to if you zeroed everything else. Then again, you might not.
