It says in the latest SEC filing exactly that lance, that the common would get nothing in the event of a liquidation. Thats on the record for everyone to go look at.

There seems to be some debate about wether they are looking for a business partner or not. People claim to have spoken on the phone with the principal, some say yes, some say no.

There is also a tax loss situation that would be beneficial to a future venture though. Another point to consider.

Like any shell it has a certain value, even if its just a RTO for a new listing. Most recently on my watch list DVDT did this when they took over the MEXX shell.

My opinion is its a hold at .10 for now until more facts become known, there should be another filing at the end of March.
