Tom: As I read Ron Schier's post on Infowave, he is simply referring and directing our attention to the CIC mention 1/4 the way down the article. Ron was not inferring the Q3/99 financials were "way down". In fact , the inference is that Infowave's success is good news for CIC.

Here is hoping for a continuing good trend line of increases in revenues for CIC this quarter-- apparently to be announced on Tuesday 9 March 99.

On the "when do CIC turn up into the black on gross revenues overall issue", most analysts that know their stuff on this one(Yorkton Securities, CIBC Wood Gundy, Lev Beau, BNS/ScotiaMcleod ), are predicting it to be later this calender year-- to early next calender year.

The goodwill for Consensus and Uptronics aquisitions will continue to be expensed for the next 7-8 quarters ( will not affect cash flow- but will show as charge).

Tom GORDON,

Sorry too confuse you. I was in hurry. "1/4 way down" the story. I should find a way to highlight it next time.

I'm also wondering what the possible big announcement in mid-April could be : IBM, MSFT, NTL, SDTI, ENTU ??

Ron
