However, when the right people get convinced that vod is really going
to happen in a big way the stocks will make their biggest move. You
can't wait until the vod rollout schedule is fixed, it will be too
late then to get the good buys.

Let's say the big rollout occurs in the first or second quarter of
year 2000. If that becomes the reality, then now is the time to buy
the stocks. By this fall it will be too late to get the real bargains. I stick with my prediction that CCUR will make its real
move sometime between now and the end of the year. The exact timing
will be very difficult to ascertain, especially with the move of vod
to Atlanta and all the implications that brings.
