Why do you have to do the math for us, why didn't the co. simply give us the figure you came up with Hmmmmmmm. Could it be that through all the mumbo jumbo that the co. released with regard to the conversion if they really told us the conversion price we would all run??? I say b.s. The convertible is at a discount to the current bid on the day of conversion!! Why won't the co. just come out and tell us the terms without the mumbo about dilution etc.? Just tell us the deal!!
