I haven't been following all of the comments lately as there have been so many of them, but as all can see, the semi industry as a whole is starting to pull out of the slump and orders are up for VLSI -- growth is back in view and Philipps is trying to get in on the cheap before it's too late to take advantage. You can be sure that at the price VLSI was sitting at that it was a takeover target and that Philipps isn't the only one interested. However things work out, there are good possibilities for growth for the future. I'm glad to see the stock finally getting some positive attention and finally moving up. Enjoy the new week with all the news that will be coming out ;) Ed
