I don't see a claw back as negative at all , if handled properly.

A 2 for 3 at this price would reduce overall shares out to less than 30 mill. subtract the insider shares then less than 22 mill. floating at a price of $6.00 US as of FRI. close. A much better way to hit Nasdaq IMO. Personally I think a 1 for 3 even better.

""Sorry for my pesimistic views Doug, but you have not shown any reasons for your turnaround. Do you now believe the companies financials? Do you now believe that the 4th Q numbers are better than you had professed on this thread? Do you now believe in BII?""

NO . NO. Long term maybe . I've seen the this game played out on Canadian gold and resource stocks many times . The board of BII is made up of resource types as are the three main traders . The are going to make this thing rocket for one simple reason -THE MONEY-

From some of the previuos comments re:T/A I will toss into the arena my opinion....It has been said that the T/A's are indicating thAT THE PRICE OF BII could go either way....In reviewing the charts I will state that I think the charts are giving a Buy signal rather than a sell signal.....The Stochastics are in oversold territory....

In looking at the MACD.....this may be the indicator that some are using to be sitting on the fence and yes we are at a crossing point. If the lines go below the MACD line there remains the possibility that we will be going lower (MACD is a lagging indicator though, stochastics is not)....but with the Stochastics in oversold territory the odds favour the upward movement....In addition...when looking at the graph the MACD line is pushed towards the bottom of the graph and this too is positive.....therefore I lean more to the opinion that the odds appear to be in favour of an upward move more so than a downward move.....TA is not foolproof however, but it can increase one's opportunity in alot of situations. Keep in mind that if the MACD line flirts with the crossover line and begins to turn up it can lead to major upward movement in the price of a stock.

The other compelling positive is when you study the price chart in the upper half of the charts.....it appears that a 'Pennant Flag' is developing.....also positive.....
I appreciate others pros and cons with their read on the T/A's of bii at the current juncture....
