I appreciate your efforts to prepare an "extensive response". But why? The only response I want to see is that WINR has paid the man his winnings. There's not a whole lot of explaining that has to be done here...There's no issue to discuss...WINR needs to pay the man his money, now! If this goes on much longer, I'm selling my shares. This reminds me of the personal and reassuring excuses people received from the CEO of GLOW. A month and 5 emails, and still the man doesn't have his money...there are no excuses. I'm normally a reasonable guy, but not paying gambling debts in a timely manner really ticks me off...and there's nothing worse for the credibility of a gambling company. If WINR doesn't understand this, then I will quickly lose faith in their competence.
