I do not expect to receive proxy material. It has already been spoken without words, that very few will receive any. IMO, just enough were sent out to make it look like they made an effort.

I would also like to know how many shares have been issued to any of the co. officers, and the amount during this past 6 mos. or so...Would also like to know how many O/S shares this new co. Vertex has before a merger...Lots of questions..

I still have a question as to why they are merging. What can a co. on the Pink Sheets, who have not filed get out of a company that has not filed either? If neither co. has the $$$$$ to file, what is in it for all involved?

I may be wrong, but I have heard that there are approx. 34 mil. O/S shares in CSMA now...So, how many does Vertex have...So, to summarize, I would think it is easy to assume between the two co. there are way over 34mil. shares (DUH!)..???????? And each one is non-reporting??? It doesn't add up...It is obvious that Vertex didn't have the $40,000 to report financials...

Questions, questions, questions!

I don't know what to do. The
companies won't speak. I think they never will! They are doing something with the cash
they are bringing in. (mainly Adhat)

One thing that everyone needs to keep in mind is that these are very small companies trying to put things together so they can grow and be profitable. They do not have the people or the resources at this point to continually battle with their investors.

I would suggest that someone that the thread trusts (not me) visit Adhatters and Envirotech and talk to the management and see what they are doing. I don't think their stock has a chance on the open market as long as we are continually beating them down. I will be in Duchesne sometime in the next two weeks and will try to find out what's going on at the well. I will try to visit Adhatters in April to do the same.

I am not an expert in analyzing companies, but I can tell if an operation is on the up and up and has a long or short range future. We need to dig out facts for ourselves and post them on this thread instead of always posing questions that no one can answer and then assuming that because because there are no answers then something must be being hidden. I have talked to some of the people in the company and have visited the well and the office. I have seen our Air Fresheners in almost every convenience store I stop in. I am not near as worried about the company taking my money as I am this thread and the people reading it forcing them to give up on trying.

If anyone tried to post as many positive things about this company as some individuals have posted negative, they would appear to be worse than Franco. Anything positive that is said is generally true but I can't say the same about the negative.

Good luck all.

Allen
