Davox Announces Resignation of John J. Connolly

WESTFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 1999--Davox Corporation
(NASDAQ:DAVX), a leading developer of call management software, announced today the
resignation of John J. Connolly, Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer, which will be
effective March 31, 1999. Between now and March 31, Mr. Connolly plans to participate in the
search, which is underway, for his replacement.
