Jim, my dear, you cannot possibly hope to escape with that bit of sloppy reasoning. The crime was committed in 1978 and four men were convicted and imprisoned; of the four two have been on Death Row awaiting execution. They have been freed only because the evidence was found to be perjured. Had the men on Death Row been executed in a "timely" fashion, they would not have been alive to be freed. Frying the guys who have since been convicted would not achieve justice for these two. Try again.
