Tom, I think it depends on the state. Most order forms have a list at the bottom that tells you what % to add for which states. There are usually about 35 states listed, so some get a free ride. Heck, I even had a wine shop in Missouri try to charge me tax on a case of wine. I had it shipped from California instead. But they haven't caught on to wine shipping yet.
