Michael- S&P has had QCOM in its Platinum Portfolio for some time. The 5 stars indicate a top ranking in potential appreciation over the next 6 to 12 months (1000 stocks are screened). To be placed in the Platinum Portfolio, the stock must be 5 stars, but must also be undervalued with a fair value ranking of 5. A stock is removed from the PP when both rankings fall below 5. QCOM's current fair value is 4 (current fair value estimate is $89.70). Bill
