Bernard and DubM glad you're back, FWIW, Europe has been using 38GHz for many more years than the US, though for different applications. Nate ran MCI International for many years; he has great experience in negotiating with foreign PTT's/governments. Kathleen Flaherty is a very good operational manager and also ran the MCI/Concert/BT alliance, so also has strong international experience. Though I would love to see them hitting the home run in the US before expanding, I KNOW that if they thought it was too great a risk to the operating plan, they would not be so aggressively pursuing it now. Bill (aka Rodney) would not risk Street respectability if he did not feel very confident that they can handle international expansion along with US. I think they are getting pretty tight on their operating model (by this inference) and that they have a grander vision than many of us early investors anticipated. However, as I have stated, I do not at all believe they would be taking on international if it presented a great risk to EBITDA expectations in the US. IMO. P.S. Limtex, was it you who said TGNT is highly undervalued? On WHAT basis? Regards, Barbara

I HAVE FOR A WHILE NOW HAD A HIGH REGARD FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS CO I AGREE WITH U THAT THEY HAVE DONE A LOT OF THINGS RIGHT BUT SINCE I'M AT IT--I'LL TELL U THAT IN MY OPINION THERE IS NO WAY THIS CO STAYS INDEPENDANT FOR MORE THAN 6 OR 8 MORE MONTHS THE INDUSTRY HAPPENINGS ARE SUCH THAT THEY WILL BE AQUIRED BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR THE LAST FEW DAYS HAVE ONLY REINFORCED THIS. BB WIRELESS HAS ARRIVED WCII IS THE MOST ADVANCED CO IN THIS SECTOR BABY BELLS WILL BE IN LONG DISTANCE BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR THE SKIRMISHES ARE OVER AND THE TELECOM WARS ARE ABOUT TO BEGIN WINSTAR IS A NECESSARY PART OF SOMEONES ARSENAL
