Without any sarcasm or arrogance whatsoever, if that's the way you really feel about NN or any other company, then If I Were you, I'd sell.

Personally, I'm not in the habit of buying a piece of a company in which I completely mistrust the management and any statements that they make.

If Alan Lutz lied about material facts during the conference call, he'd be guilty of securities fraud. He knows it, I know it, and Merrill Lynch knows it.

Or are you so unable to do your own due diligence that you rely on anonymous strangers on the net to help you rather than accepting official statements from corporate officials.

If that's the case, it doesn't sound particularly bright to me.
