So many Bear Markets in the last 20 years that I lost count of them. I define a Bear Market as a period of time that begins when stocks hit their highest then go down until they hit their lowest price wise. During this period AMAT and most Silicon Valley stocks or Equivalent lose at least 50% in value... What I can remember is that stocks hit their highest then begin to slide in Summer/Fall not in Feb or Winter/Spring...

My point is we started this Bull Market beginning last Oct 21 in Summer and I don't think we started another Bear Market beginning last Feb.
