Thanks for the post, Arch, but I think I'd rather interact with people who have an actual financial interest here. They tend to be focused, if you know what I mean.

Come on back when you want to invest.

What is your motivation here??

My guess is you would like to join in the fun but would like the price to go down. Hey, it might, but why are you here? It always amazes me...people with absolutely no apparent reason to join in on the threads do so and attempt to bash the stock.

Listen Jack, by looking at your background it appears you are talking about yourself...not very many MRPS investors HERE want to hear OR READ what you are saying...sure it's a free country and you can post what you like but DO YOURSELF (and us) A FAVOR...GO BOTHER SOMEONE ELSE...and please don't be doing this:

WE HAVE COMPUTERS WITH NEWS ALERTS...AND WE ALREADY KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a good day...looks like you did well on PRFM and VDAT...unless you got greedy...my guess is you made out...besides, you are smart and do your homework, plus you are a private dick (that's detective)...right?????????

Thanks for your support Archie, but I must be fair. I'm referring to a comment I made earlier about 3 million shares being added to the float within the last month #reply-8178604. That remark was made on the bases of an earlier post in which I referenced my source for making that remark #reply-7553574.

Now Mitch, bless his little heart, says some 4 million shares were in the float more than a year and a half ago #reply-8183584.

It appears we are siting on another contradiction. Anyway, this just shows the importance of timely reporting. Company's that fail to report leave themselves open to distorted facts. And they have no one to blame except themselves. So no apologies here. The fact remains, we still don't know the truth of the matter.

To touch on this reporting issue. It has been called to my attention that Microphonics may have hinted at release financials 3/5/99. Then they said Friday's PR would indicated when financials would be filed, it wasn't. I know Myles told me financials would be out in about 10 days. And forgive me, but I seem to recall someone saying more recently that financials wouldn't be out this month at all.

The bottom line... Keep pressing Microphonics to release its financials. This will provide information about the health of the company as well as disclose items of interest like who their Investment Banker was, number of shares beneficially own, and any law suits pending, etc.

Again, MRPS has a history and they CAN NOT put out an false PR with a link to GM and Ford without severe consequences.
These were put out weeks ago. That's all you really need to know.
They could have 20 million shares outstanding. They probably will soon anyway.
BIG DEAL!!
That's nothing for the potential this company has. Look at the outstanding shares/ market cap of other speculative stocks.

Regarding the other "mysteries", there are none that matter.
The PR/IB firm controversy will be relatively insignificant, no matter what the outcome. Seems a mountain being made out of a molehill.

The ones that caution others about the validity of what they read are failing to take their own advice. Remember, it's very easy for things to get twisted when "details" are passed along. Jimmy says "blue", I say "who", you say "shoe" and Ed says Jimmy hasn't a clue.
