As you know, I've been revamping my trading style after having suffered a big loss earlier this year. I've been casting about for specific rules about the percentages of money one can wisely use per trade, etc. Your post on this topic is very helpful to me. A "printer-outer".

I like the idea of writing yourself a check every week. Makes trading a legitimate job, in some respects.

That was a good post - Thanks. I like the idea of writing a weekly "paycheck". One comment though, might it be better to do the day trades in the IRA and the position trades in the regular account - that might save some tax prep time.
