I'm not predicting that this year (ending June 30th) but I think we
will do better than that next year and to heck with TWX, who needs
them. I think we have a good chance for that much overseas.

Jeff, I want to add that I agree with you on Real Time. I think it
has a lot of potential in several directions. That, combined with
VOD gives me a comfort level with my position. Now if RT is sold, we
will re-evaluate our position and see what the risk/reward looks like
at that time. It may be better, with all that cash, but we would be
dependent strictly on VOD.
