Where are we? Right there. They could have added " technology provided by ACTV" or " made possible by our friends ACTV". But they don't and why should they? When CPQ sells 1 M. computers I never see "Intel Chips inside". Don't worry be happy we are at the party.

I believe that the genie will be out of the box(set-top) soon.

Interesting story in Biz Week on Roadrunner. Looks like a deal with @Home is very possible. Roadrunner has a 30 mil home potential reach and has a 13% sub. rate which is great when you consider the internet has a 25% penetration. Liberty owns 9% of TMW.

Btw Malone is T's largest shareholder.
