Reading Will's daily oil service commentary at the labpuppy site, i have noticed that for many weeks now every time an OS compan reports earnings, Wall Street has immediately cut 1999 and 2000 estimates.

The first time the Street fails to cut estimates after an OS earnings report may well be the day the OSX bull begins in earnest.
