RE: How many here have used Ebay?

I have a number of times. I think Ebay provides a great site to buy and sell, no doubt about it. It is very easy to use and inexpensive. Which raises my primary question -- how will it ever generate the income necessary to support its present trading price? What's the break down of its business ($10 auctions vs. $100 or $1000 auctions)? How many subscribers use the fee based add ons (e.g., featured item or shamrock)? I am neither long nor short, just perplexed on how the "business model" supports EBAY's present market valuation.

Take Care,

JPHenrie

Another question. Anyone thought about Y2K's potential affect on the Internet? I often wonder how many Internet links could have problems come 1-1-00.
