Several analysts and Motley Fool have mentioned that PTVL is a take over target. I agree with them.

I believe if PTVL is going to be bought out, it will be acquired by a bigger e-commerce company. I think the potential candidate to buy PTVL is AMZN. Target buyout price could be as high as $60 per share.

Keep this in mind and see if this is right.

You are right with CSCO. But recent decline may be attributed to rumored weak earnings warning likely to come, just like 3COM's.
But in the long run, I am not a bit worried about CSCO. Cisco is going to benefit from the growth of Internet no matter how YHOO or EBAY will be doing. I feel Cisco is a guaranteed winner. MSFT is in the same league as CSCO.
