What SEC filings?
Based upon the information that was in the hands of Tonto and certain stock brokers since Sept-Dec. 1997, RMIL has failed to make the proper filings for stock ownership and sales transactions.

The company told everyone that called and talked to them that their shares were Rule 144 for 1 year, and this did not come from the CARTEL LEADERSHIP as you state.

Facts, facts, facts... Keep them straight!

The only filing about the 4 million shares comes from the failed RMCW merger. That's the only place I have seen it mentioned, and there I believe the shares were only to be issued if the merger was completed. IE, no merger, no shares. But the RMIL BOD's issued some 4,750,000 shares to themselves AFTER the HALT to gain a controlling interest in the company and stop any shareholder revolts.

If you and others would have been on the shareholder list that I have, then you would have been reading my fight with the RMIL BOD's for about 8 or 9 months!

PS: So much has been said by those who don't read the email, or know what they are talking about! Ellen and others on the list can verify this information!

that is valid argument but w/o disclosure that could not be answered. bob quiel first brought to my attention many months ago the information tonto gave riley supports. yet, quiel, nor ANY OF US, had this documentation, it was INSIDER INFORMATION. dempsey mork verbally gave this information to bob quiel. therefore, w/o tonto stating anything different, i would 'guess' tonto rec'd this INSIDER INFORMATION directly , or indirectly from mork.
once riley had the info in his posession he DISCLOSED IT!!
now we get back to tonto. how did he get this insider info? did he trade on it? did he get this info from a broker? if so, did the broker provide this to NASD as he MUST!?
