'theories' are assumptions begging evidence. in an example we can use andy mann @ aznt. he stold 4 million shares from the co.. the co. sued for return of the stock & a default was entered against andy mann 13 jan.. wellrich is a boiler room that solicits stock w/o being a b/d. peter shur owned wellrich in it's houston carnation. he had woes with the nasd & his boiler room guy, aslo taylor, moved the boiler room to san diego. wellrich exchanged mooch lists with la jolla capital & peter shurr now operates IMS, where chris cobbs, a former wellrich employee is employed. check ITHC to see another peter shur touted stock. in the case of aznt, wellrich solicits stocks for shortsellers of aznt. this is documented & there are affadavits to demonstrate this. so your suggestion that this is a 'conspiracy theory' is unfounded, quite the contrary. this is only one example. digging deeper @ solv ex may help to provide another example of market manipulation.
