Now find that prior commitment for the 4 million shares. I can not find it. It sounds to me like it was another commitment like the unregistered and unreported 5 million Reg S shares that Zappara, Morgan, and Breton flooded the market with in Nov-Dec. 1996. I had heard of this 5 million reg S shares before on this thread, but only received the supporting evidence from Tonto some three weeks ago. se: psicop.com If other shareholders and I would have seen this evidence in Sept-Dec 1997, then none of us would have been in this boat! It's one thing to attack shareholders and withhold possible evidence that supports your claims. I only wish this evidence was shown to us back then. I also wonder why it was not given to the SEC until approx. three weeks ago, the same time it was sent to me. Unlike others, I could care less were or how it was obtained, just that it should have been sent to the SEC and us shareholders when it was obtained! RG
