I think Markman's forum will be the conference call and there won't be any news released before then. The stock price will be more influenced by what he says than any numbers reported. Here's hoping he actually has a chance to say something and there's more than one question. Will we be able to ask questions? That way we can insure there won't be a repeat of last Q's debacle.

hcirteg, I think that it is futile to predict whether or not Markman has anything up his sleeve and announcing that information prior to or just after the earnings. I quit crossing my fingers about 3 months ago. The fingers started getting cramped:) Hope you are right, but I wouldn't count on any news. Expect the worst and hope for the best. Take care, Kurt
