Look at the public information (press, magazine and SEC Filings) that the RMIL put out. Now show us were we could have gotten the confidential and private information and files that the certain nays were in possession of in Sept-Dec. 1997. The FACTS are that we could not have legally gotten them! The documents that were sent to me some three weeks ago are the fruits of a crime. It is public knowledge that Zappara's office was burglarized in mid 1997 and I believe that the copies of faxes and letters that I received were from that crime.
I also say that the old TA gave Mork copies of the TA sheets from April 1997 and all this information was given to Mike Kugler (who should have turned it over to the SEC, NASD THEN), but instead gave it to Tonto and other nays.

Granted the evidence shows that the RMIL BOD's were in fact doing something that could be illegal. I just wonder why it was not turned over to the authorities when it was first received by them. very Strange. Granted I am glad that we shareholders NOW have that evidence as well.

I don't think Morgan and Breton play by the rules, that's pretty obvious since they lied in the filings and press releases. I don't think there's any doubt the "squeeze" was engineered so they could sell stock. Riley may have been too stupid to see it, but then he wasn't looking for evidence was he ??? <g>
