Paranoid? C'mon Mike,anyway, thanks for the link. Some comments:

Looks like a lot of "common shares" were sold in addition to those beng excersized.

Looks like even more were registered to be sold.

Besides options, where are the insider "buys"?

Could it be related to the following current story in Barrons re: insider selling?

From the article:
"Seemingly meaningful selling also has emerged at disc-drive maker Seagate Technology. In January, eight people unloaded a combined 505,095 shares at prices ranging from $41.25 to $44. This is noteworthy because while insider selling at Seagate was relatively light in 1997 and 1998, this latest activity extends a trend that began last autumn."
