Salut Jean-Robert

Hope you had a nice vacation and are well rested. I kind of envy you, I'm hopeful to take a few days off this summer.

As far as CGI's acquisition, I would not limit the possibility solely to the IT industry. I heard that consideration was being given to something in the insurance field. Therefore, I would not dismiss the possibility.

Secondly, IMHO , CGI will announce an acquisition in the US at the end of the current quarter. There are a number of reasons that lead me to believe this. One reason being that sources close to the company tell me that the announcement is imminent.

Furthermore, the stock has almost stagnated since last May. During this same period, other stocks have appreciated in value (look at the internet stocks for example - although this is an extreme example) .

As an investor one must consider the cost of leaving the money in CGI versus possibly investing it in another company. CGI will undoubtedly double or triple in next few years. However, if it will continue to stagnate for another 6 months, I'm better off selling my shares for now, buy another stock whose value is appreciating, then six months from now come back and repurchase shares of CGI at the same , if not for less than what I sold.

In order for CGI to retain the interest of investors, I therefore conclude that something must happen soon or else investors will simply lose interest and move on.

Face it, investors were disappointed last quarter. Investors were anticipating much more than what was delivered. Many investors sold, while many more decided to hang around for one more quarter.

Regards

SirVinny

PS - I sold during shareholders meeting while stock was trading at $37.60. I moved on to other stocks. I'm back in now at $32.90.
