Regarding the $2 dollar oil from the mid east. Doesn't the seller
pay the shipping fees to get "their" oil to market. Doesn't this
in effect drive up thier costs per bbl to deliver product to the
largest market place in the world, the US? It may be $2 dollars
per barrel in Ryiad, but by the time its delivered to the US,
its gotta be around $9 dollars per barrel. Wouldn't this price,
due to shipping costs, put the mid eastern countries prices
in parity with domestically produced oil?
