Absolutely agree on ignoring anyone bashing. They have an agenda that most will recognize. I absolutely do not take them seriously, especially after last night. Now... Regarding the 1.4 million situation. Sure, let's get it answered. Absolutely. Just want to make sure that we focus on other important issues and not blow something like this out of proportion. LOOK AT THE WORST CASE SCENARIO (to make yourself feel better) I always like to look at the WORST CASE scenario which is the O/S goes from 10 mil to 11.4 mil and it causes a modest 14% dilution. That's the worst case, so obviously not too bad. Remember their audited financials will be out later this month, so that will give us even a bigger picture of things. And chances are very high that the 10 million shares outstanding ALREADY INCLUDES the 1.4 because they were issued long ago. But we can find out, ok? That's cool. We can call the company, and when their audited financials come out, then some people will feel more comfortable and that is totally cool. If some of you want to wait to invest in MRPS, that is understandable. No one is twisting anyones arm here. IS THIS REASONABLE? I hope that we can all stop speculating and fretting about what might or might not be the case. I agree with Andrew that we either wait for the financials in 2-4 weeks or call the company and ask. It's really that simple. OK? ....so everyone, be cool, relax...let's find the answers and satisfy those reasonable people who want more DD. To those with a hidden agenda.....nope...sorry. DAVE
