It took me about a minute to dd pces, then posted this, and went on with other things. Looked back when it was asking .22 more than I could have bought it for. My mistake for not jumping in. Even crap can move, obviously. In the end, a gain is a gain....

You are right about PCES' Nov. 10Q. I appreciate your comments. "If" the company liquidates the proceeds go to preferreds. Because of this provision I called the company and the CFO told me that while liquidation is "possible" another venture was "likely" because of the tax carryforward. He confirmed that the company was actively engaged in looking at other prospects. I told him that as a common shareholder I sure hoped they used the $2 million and the tax carryforward in another venture. He said he understood and the board understood.

I agree that there is no "guarantee" here. However, for its current price one could do a whole lot worse. I wouldn't pay $1 for PCES, but under .20 seems like a reasonable risk. I figure I'll invest a little and hold it. I may lose it, but some of my highest risk investments have returned the greatest profits. These are BB stocks, not mutual funds. As you know, they all have alot of risk. Thanks again for your comments.
